大型体育建设项目交通影响范围的确定

交通影响范围的确定是进行交通影响分析的一个重要环节，也是重点和难点。通过分析比较几种不同的确定交通影响范围的方法，针对大型体育建设项目对周边路网交通影响的特点。提出了以拟建设项目周围的主要交叉口的服务水平下降一个等级为阈值，将这些交叉口所围合而成的区域作为交通影响范围的方法，并结合实例来验证该方法的简单、科学和实用性。

Research on the Identification Method about Traffic Impact Area of Large Sports Central Construction Project

The identification of the traffic impact area is one of the fundamental steps, as well as the key point of traffic impact analysis. By analyzing and comparing some different methods of determining the traffic impact area, in view of the characteristics of the traffic impact by large sports central construction project, this paper put forwards a method that decreasing of service level of main intersections surrounding project by one grade is regarded as the threshold value, and the area surrounded by that intersections is tanked as traffic impact area. At last the paper gave an example to verify that the method is simple, scientific, and also practical.
