| Abstract: | Abstract： The component of ship talents in shipbuilding industries of Jiangsu province was analyzed, as well as the personnel requirement situation. The authors believe that economic developments are inseparable from the talent and the support of education. Different levels of education have a direct bearing on the workers ＇ quality, and have respect to the overall competitive strength of the shipbuilding industry. |
