沥青路面不均匀的影响因素分析

从沥青混合料设计角度,研究了沥青混合料的类型、级配设计对沥青路面不均性的影响;分析了在沥青混合料生产过程中,原材料的性质和管理、混合料的拌和对保证沥青路面均匀性的重要性;结合沥青路面的现场施工,研究了沥青混合料的摊铺、运输和碾压与沥青路面均匀性的关系.结果表明,选择合适的沥青混合料类型和原材料、加强对原材料的管理、正确进行沥青混合料的设计、采用合适的拌和、运输方式和摊铺、碾压工艺,有利于提高沥青路面的均匀性.

Analysis of Influence Factors on Non-homogeneity of Bituminous Pavement

This article studies the influence factors of the mixture style, the design of gradation on the non-homogeneity of bituminous pavement in terms of the mixture design.Through analysis of the property and management of raw materials and the mixing of mixtures in the production process, it is indicated that they are important for the homogeneity of bituminous pavement. Based on the field construction of bituminous pavement, the relationship between the homogeneity of bituminous pavement and paving, conveyance and compaction of mixtures was researched. All the results indicate that the homogeneity of bituminous pavement can be improved by selecting appropriate mixture style and raw materials, strengthening management of raw materials, designing mixture correctly, using suitable mixing, conveying, paving and compacting method.
