| 摘 要： | 通过对公路养护管理工作的分析，指出现阶段公路养护管理存在的问题，引入养护管理发展的新方向、新思路，即采用信息化、网络化等现代计算机技术来提高公路养护的管理，通过对上海浦东新区公路管理署在公路养护管理方面采用信息化、网络化的经验及实施效果的介绍，从管理成本、管理效率、管理成效等方面，对公路养护管理的发展提出了新思路。

| Abstract: | By analyzing highway maintenance management, the existing problems in present stage are revealed and the new idea of highway management development, i. e. the adoption of information and network, etc. modern computer technology, is introduced to enhance the management level of highway maintenance. Based on the adoption experience and implement effectiveness of information and network technology of Shanghai Putong New District Highway Management Office,a new idea for highway management development is presented in the respects of management costs, management efficiency and management performance etc. |
