| 摘 要： | 用明尼苏达多相人格测验(MMPI)评估个性特点;用修订的HoLmes社会再适应量表(SRRS)评估精神刺激,使精神因素在神经性皮炎和斑秃发病中的作用得到了定量分析。结果显示,精神刺激对斑秃的影响大于神经性皮炎;但无论是刺激的强度还是频度,在配对设置的病人组与健康人组之间都无显著性差异。病人组在MMDP的五个分量表上得分高于全国常模(P<0.05或P<0.01)。本研究认为精神因素仅是这两种皮肤病的诱因。作者还就躯体疾病中精神因素研究的方法学问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | A quantitative study of effect of mental factor on neurodermatitis and alpoecia areata was made. Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) and Holmes's Socia Redjustment Rating Scale (SRRS) were used to evaluate individuality and mental stress. The results showed that the effect of mental stress was more obvious on alopecia areata than neurodermatitis, and that either intensity or frequent of mental stress showed no significant difference between patients and health person. The score of the patients is higher than the Chinese norm in five divided scale of MMPI. Therefore, the mental factor is only in inducing factor in these two dematoses. Methodology studing effect of factors on somatic diseases is discussed. |
