Research and Application of Lithium Ion Battery Intelligent Manufacturing Systems

Abstract:The manufacturing of Li-ion batteries is an extremely complex process, involving matching and correlation among the electrode materials, manufacturing process and the electrolyte which directly affect the battery performance. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the Li-ion battery intelligent manufacturing systemto accelerate the rate of industrialization of scientific research. In this paper, a data acquisition method applied in the production process of Li-ion batteries is put forward. The data in the production process is collected based on multiple communication protocols and then connects with the final Li-ion battery products through the identification technology of Internet of Things. Aiming for the best performance of the final products, this paper designs a traceable data structure and finds the optimal matching between the multiple factors in the process by using the intelligent manufacturing system, so as to shorten the product development cycle.
