摘    要:大秦线是我国第一条双线重载电气化运煤专线,承担着全国铁路18%的煤炭运量。开行2万t重载组合列车涉及很多技术难题,采用LOCOTROL技术必须解决好"山区铁路通信可靠性、长大下坡道周期制动、长大列车纵向冲动"三大技术难题。铁道部先后安排60多项科研项目,自2004年起经过三个阶段、上百次试验,实现了大秦线开行2万t重载组合列车的技术创新、体系创新和运输组织创新,在运量和运输收入、装备水平等方面显著提高。

Abstract:Datong-Qinhuangdao line is the first electrif ied heavy-haul line for coal transport with double-track in China. The volume of coal transport on this line accounts for 18% of that on national railway network. The operation of 20,000-ton heavy-haul combined train involves many technical difficulties, three of which, i.e., the reliability of railway communication in mountainous areas, periodic brake on long heavy down grade, and longitudinal impact of long heavy-haul train, need to be tackled by the adoption of LOCOTROL technology. Since 2004, the Ministry of Railways (MOR) has successively arranged more than 60 scientifi c research subjects. After three phases and hundreds of experiments, MOR has realized the technical innovation, system innovation and traff ic organization innovation of 20,000-ton heavy-haul combined train operated on Datong-Qinhuangdao line. Remarkable progress has been made in the aspects of traff ic volume, traffic income, and equipment level, etc.
