发动机新型电控系统的故障诊断的研究与开发

摘    要:介绍了上海交通大学内燃机研究所研制的汽油机新型电控系统中的故障诊断部分的硬件组成及软件实现 ,包括CONTINUE诊断、KOEO诊断、ER诊断、OUTPUT诊断及喷油平衡诊断等 ,给出了程序总的流程图 ,详细介绍了故障诊断的原理、故障代码的输出及处理等。试验证明 ,此故障诊断能检测出发动机电控系统中的常见故障

Abstract:The hardware composition and software realization of the fault diagnosis of a new kind of ECU developed by the Institute of IC Engine of Shanghai Jiaotong University are introduced,including CONTINUE diagnosis, KOEO diagnosis, ER diagnosis, OUTPUT diagnosis and fuel injection balance diagnosis. The flow chart of the main program is given and the principle of the fault diagnosis as well as the output and management of fault code is presented detailedly. The test results show that the fault diagnosis can detect common faults of engines′ electronic control systems.
