摘    要:文章以半潜式起重拆解平台重吊作业为研究对象,对吊机作业过程中可能涉及的典型工况进行计算分析,包括单台吊机起吊及卸载工况,单台吊机带载旋转工况,两台吊机联合起吊及卸载工况。通过对吊机不同作业工况的分析,确保平台配备的压载系统、压载舱的布置可以满足重吊作业需求。

Abstract:Taking the heavy lifting operation of the semi-submersible lifting and dismantling platform as the research object,this paper calculates and analyzes the typical working conditions that may be involved in the operation of the crane,including the lifting and unloading conditions of a single crane,the rotating conditions of a single crane with load.Joint lifting and unloading conditions of two cranes.Through the analysis of different working conditions of the crane,it is ensured that the ballast system and ballast tank arrangement of the platform can meet the requirements of heavy lifting operation.
