摘    要:解体消能设施作为宽恕型设计理念的体现,也是路侧安全设计的重要组成部分。介绍了解体消能设施的起源,其安全标准的设计依据及其工作原理,并对美国解体消能设施的设计方法作了全面介绍。同时,针对解体消能设施的应用注意问题作了总结归纳。

Abstract:the use of Breakaway hardware has become a cornerstone of the forgiving roadside concept since its inception in the mid-1960s.NCHRP Report 350 is the main criteria to determine if a support is considered breakaway.The release mechanism maybe a slip plane, plastic hinge,fracture element,or a combination of these. The installation of Breakaway hardware should consider several factors.Otherwise,Breakaway hardware also in- creases the risk of occupants.
