| 摘 要： | 介绍了奥迪轿车主仪表板修切机的设计与研制，该Ⅰ型机用于修切其周边和仪表孔，Ⅱ型机用于修切暖风孔、喇叭孔、点火器孔和９处喷霜小孔。在设计、研制过程中，采用了一些新工艺、新结构，其中有软件薄壳件的模型定位法和修切软件零件的剁切法。

| Abstract: | Research and development of self made trimming machine for main main instrument panel of the Audi car is presented,of which the model I machine is used for trimming the periphery of the panel and instrument mounting holes, and the model I machine for trimming mounting holes of heat blower,horn,igniter and nine small holes for defroster. New technologies and new structures are used during research and development such as mould positioning method of soft material thin shll parts and chop method for trimming soft material parts. |
