预制装配式简支梁桥支座更换设计方法

针对预制装配式简支梁桥，考虑到今后支座更换操纵空间的问题，在设计阶段，将支座更换纳入设计范畴。以空心板、T型梁桥为例，设计研究了对上部结构实施顶升的方法，即在设计时通过在帽梁中设置预埋管件，以利支座更换时穿入精轧螺纹钢筋。为安装并固定钢牛腿千斤顶的工作平面提供了保证；同时也提出了其它可行的设计方案．以期为考虑支座更换的桥梁设计提供参考。

Study on Bearing Replacement Method for Precast Packaged Type Simple-supported Bridges

Considering the difficulty of bearing replacements for bridges, bearing replacement is taken into account in the designing of precast packaged type simple-supported bridges in this paper.The method that pipe fittings are embedded into the cap beam is mainly studied for cored slab and T type beam bridges.When the bearing should be replaced,the steel bracket is installed by fastening bars through the pipes,The bracket can be taken as the working plane to jack up the beams.Some other designing methods are mentioned in this paper in order to offer reference to designers,
