摩托车发动机水冷化初探

摩托车发动机水冷化需要进行整个系统的设计、分析及计算。由于摩托车发动机本身结构紧凑、体积小,再设计布置水道有一定的难度,最好进行三维实体造型设计。为了在设计时尽量减少投入、简化结构和降低制造成本,在进行水冷化的过程中应注意产品的继承性和通用性。

Studies of Water Coolication of Motorcycle Engine

Designing, analysing and calculating of the complete cooling system should be undertaken when an engine needs water coolication.Because of compact structure and small size of motorcycle engine, it is difficult in designing and arranging water channels,so it is better to have a 3-dimension full-size design.In order to reduce imput,simplify structure and lower cost,attention should be paid to the succession and generality of products in the process of water coolication.
