摘    要:合理地确定海港航道宽度是港口规划、设计和维护中的难题之一。在分析比较不同国家规范给出的确定航道宽度的方法基础上,归纳总结了影响航道宽度的主要因素,并结合我国南方某港口的工程实例,通过规范法的计算对比,确定各设计船型所需的航道宽度,结果表明:现有规范存在待改进之处。另外,在新规范出台前对外海直线段航道以及两段连接处的航道宽度的确定方法提出了具体的改进建议,并运用船舶航行操纵模拟器Dynasim仿真各船进出港的航迹线,验证了该建议的可行性。

Abstract:How to reasonably determine the channel width of a seaport is one of the difficult issues of harbor planning,design and maintenance.Based on the analysis on representative methods of calculating the channel width given by different national regulations or standards,the important factors on the channel width were summarized.With the help of an engineering example of a Chinese southern seaport,the calculated results for each design ship type were compared.The results show that the method of calculating the channel width in the current Chinese regulations needs to be further revised.Furthermore,suggestions were proposed for the determination of the width for straight channel and the junction of two straight channels before the adoption of a new standard.The suggested methods were proved by using an interactive,physics-based,PC real-time ship maneuvering simulator Dynasim.
