模糊自适应PID在变喷嘴涡轮增压器中的应用

针对变喷嘴涡轮增压器的工况变化复杂、瞬态响应要求高等特点,设计模糊自适应PID控制器,开发以增压压力为反馈的控制系统,并对系统进行实验分析。实验结果表明,实际增压压力能够较好地跟踪目标增压压力,所设计的控制系统是可行的。

Application of Fuzzy Self-adaptive PID to Adjustable Nozzle Turbocharger

As the operating status of the adjustable nozzle turbocharger changes is complex,and requires high transient responses,this paper designs a fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller,develops the control system of supercharge compared pressure feedback,and makes experimental analysis of the system.The results show that the actual boost pressure can better trace the target boost pressure,and this designed system is feasible.
