| 摘 要： | 叫针对秦岭公路隧道2号竖井井筒深、岩石硬、直径大、交通不便以及工期紧等特点，提出了进行机械化配套对快速安全施工的重要性；采用合理的机械化设备配套方案和维修制度，做到了打眼配套、出矸配套、喷射混凝土配套，取得了连续数月掘进尺超过50m的好成绩。实践表明：机械化配套的应用具有良好的经济和社会效益。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of deep shaft, hard rock, big diameter, hard traffic and short construction period of No.2 shaft in Qinling highway tunnel, the importance of mechanization for rapid and safe construction is presented. Because of proper equipment organization and repair system, the proper organization of boring, withdrawing and shotcrete are obtained, and the 50 m tunneling speed per month has been achieved for several months. The practical projects prove that the mechanized organization has better economic and social benefits. |
