| Abstract: | According to the actual engineering demand,the CE(concurrent engineering) management theory is applied in the construction of the professional coal terminal.By utilizing the net workbench,establishing the concurrent project organization,carrying out the concurrent operation,and adopting the independent supervising department,the construction period is decreased as well as the engineering quality is ensured. |
