动力总成运动分析在整车前舱集成中的应用

摘    要:根据动力总成悬置系统的工作特性,在Adams/View中建立考虑悬置刚度非线性的仿真模型,根据极限工况要求对其进行加载,输出质心在稳态下的运动位移,编写动力总成运动文件,并根据此文件在Catia/DMU模块中生成运动包络体。通过整车试验结果表明,通过此方法得到的动力总成运动包络体可为整车前舱的集成工作提供指导依据。

Abstract:According to the working principle of powertrain mounting system,the simulation model considering the non-line stiffness performance of mount is built by ADAMS/View.In order to acquire the displacements of powertrain CG which are used to create powertrain rolling file under static condition.The powertrain rolling envelope can be created in CATIA/DMU module by the powertrain rolling file.The test shows that the powertrain rolling envelope can offer guidance for vehicle compartment integration works.
