| 摘 要： | 目前高层屋面保温层中因不同原因积水，造成工程竣工后屋面并非防水卷材破坏而渗漏水。根据屋面结构层的特点对各种积水原因进行分析，提出屋面结构层涂刷防水涂膜，对保温层和找坡层施工、排气通道和排气管设置采取控制措施等解决方案。经某单位高层屋面工程验证，采取所述方法和措施取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | The causes of water and leakage in the current tall roof insulation are analyzed. According to the characteristics of roof structure layer. The control measures that brushing waterproof coating in the roof structure layer, thermal insulation layer construction, slope layer construction, exhaust passage setting, the exhaust setting are presented. Though verification of certain tall roof project, the presented methods and measures take a good effect. |
