牵引逆变器仿真及其电磁干扰机理分析

摘    要:本文在Simulink平台上搭建了牵引逆变器的仿真模型,模拟了牵引逆变器的工作过程,针对牵引逆变器中主要的电磁干扰来源进行了仿真,得到逆变器输出谐波幅值及其THD.在模型中加入死区时间、对地寄生电容等实际因素,得到其对于逆变器EMC的影响,分析比较输出波形中谐波的畸变率、频谱变化,提供电磁兼容滤波的依据.

Abstract:The paper setup a simulation model of traction inverter on the platform of Simulink, simulated the working process of the traction inverter. Meanwhile, the paper considered the main traction inverter electromagnetic interference sources and simulated them, got the output of amplitude value of harmonic waves as well as THD. The elements of dead-time and parasitic capacitances were added in the model to get the influence on EMC of inverters. The changes of distortion factor and frequency spectrum of harmonic in the output waves were analyzed to provide the basis of EMC filter.
