摘    要:本文总结了国内轨道交通企业应急组织体系的特点,提出了适合国内轨道交通企业的层级化应急指挥体系,保证了各层级应急处置主体各司其职,并信息通畅,协同处置.

Abstract:This paper summarized the characteristics of the emergency organization of the domestic Urban Transit, put forward the Hierarchical Command System which was suitable for the domestic enterprises. The System not only could ensure all levels of emergency response entities to carry out their duties under the emergency, but also ensure the information unobstructed and coordinated between all levels.
