城市轨道交通指挥中心整体组网架构规划

摘    要:城市轨道交通指挥中心是城市轨道交通进入线网运营阶段时协调多线、多运营主体的中枢机构,具有信息资源共享、应急指挥、综合监控以及辅助决策等功能。对其整体组网架构的规划总共提出了3种实施方案:一是按区域中心接入的集中式组网架构,集成度高,接口标准要求严格;二是按线路接入的集中式组网架构,集成度较高,需要提供较多的上层传输网接口;三是区域分布式组网架构,集成度较低,有利于不同时期的线路接入,但是成本过高,协调能力不足。最后,运用层次分析法建立合理的评价指标体系,对3种方案进行评价,得出方案一为最优的实施方案。

Abstract:Urban rail traffic control center(TCC) is a central institution that coordinates different lines and different operator when urban rail working into the period of more than one urban rail line. Its function consists of information resources sharing, emergency command, comprehensive monitoring and auxiliary decision. Three schemes about its networking framework are proposed. The TCC about the first scheme is a centralized networking framework to switch-in from regional center. It is integrated highly and its interface standard is strict. The second one is a centralized networking framework to switch-in from line center. The third one is a regional distributed networking framework which is integrated lowly. But this scheme is in favor of line access in different period. However, the cost is too expensive and coordination ability is too low. Finally, analytic hierarchy process is used to establish a reasonable index system to evaluate the three schemes. And the optimal one is obtained.
