构筑城市绿色交通系统

城市机动车辆的急剧增加，使城市现有道路的通行能力与不断增长的交通需求之间的矛盾日益尖锐，城市交通堵塞问题日趋严重。此文倡导绿色交通理念，通过对城市交通方式深入的分析研究和对城市绿色交通基本内涵的探讨，提出实现可持续发展的城市绿色交通系统的发展思路，建立“以人为本”的城市和交通规划。

Constructing an urban green traffic system

The sharp growth of urban motor vehicles makes increasingly acute the contradiction between the urban traffic capacity available and the traffic demand on the increase with each passing day,resulting in the problem of serious traffic congestions day by day.This article initiates the green traffic concept and brings forth the train of thought on green urban traffic system with sustainable development so as to establish a people-orientated urban and traffic plan through the in-depth analysis and study of the urban traffic modes and the exploration of the basic connotation of the green urban traffic.
