| 摘 要： | 轨道变通盈利难是世界各大城市普遍的现状．对轨道交通的经济效益也存在极大的争论。本文构建了一套全面而系统的直接经济效益评价体系，井针对一条正式运营的城轨线路，基于正式运营后的客流、对沿线影响等实际客观数据评估城轨的直接经济效益。评估结果对轨道交通效益组成、价格补偿机制和盈利模式等具有直接指导意义。

| Abstract: | It is hard for urban rail transit project to make profit. There is much argument on its economic benefit. An assessment model on direct economic benefit is proposed, and a field study is conducted based on the actual data after a light railways operation. The study result is helpful to understand the benefit element, price compensation mechanism and model profiting. |
