摘    要:为提高现阶段船体分段制造过程的标准化水平,实现分段装配工序和工时的标准化,推动船体分段制造数字化发展,本文以船体分段作为分类成组的研究对象,应用模糊聚类分析方法,建立了模糊聚类分析模型,通过输入分段工艺生产数据信息,实现了对船体分段的定量化分类,验证结果表明,应用模糊聚类分析形成的分段族类符合实际工艺需求。

Abstract:In order to improve the standardization level of the hull section manufacturing process, realize the standardization of the section assembly process and working hours, and promote the digital development of the hull section manufacturing, this paper takes the hull section as the research object of classification and grouping, applies the fuzzy clustering analysis method, establishes the fuzzy clustering analysis model, and realizes the hull section by inputting the section process production data information The results show that the segmented families formed by fuzzy cluster analysis meet the needs of actual technology.
