波形齿夹具锚和U型箍锚固作用的力学机理

摘    要:建立了波形齿夹具锚和U型箍对纵向FRP片材锚固作用的简化组合模型,并对其进行全过程受力分析,得到了各自的荷载-端部位移曲线。分析结果表明:U型箍的锚固作用相当于一种柔性约束,其锚固力依靠自身的抗剪能力,这是FRP材料的弱项,因而U型箍所能提供的锚固力十分有限,并且也很容易被纵向FRP片材剪断;相反,波形齿夹具锚相当于一种机械锚固,其锚固力来自螺栓的抗剪能力,这是钢材的强项,因此波形齿夹具锚的锚固作用远优于U型箍。

Abstract:The simplified composite models were built through anchorage effect of wave-shape-gear-grip(WSGG) anchor and U-ferrule with profile FRP sheets.The slipping and debonding of CFS in the models and the development of bond stress were analyzed.The curves of load and displacement of CFS end were got.Analysis results show that the U-ferrule is equivalent as an elastic boundary and the anchorage force depends on self-transverse shear strength which is the disadvantage of FRP material,so the U-ferrule won't supply enough anchorage force and is prone to be snipped.On the contrary,WSGG anchor which is advantage of steel material is equivalent as mechanical anchorage and the anchorage force is from the bolt shearing strength.So it can be confirmed that the anchorage effect of WSGG anchor is better than that of U-ferrule.
