Analysis of the role of seafarer's psychological quality in safe operation under severe sea condition

The safe operation of ships in severe sea condition is affected by the psychological quality of the seafarers(including fear,fluke,numbness,passiveness,impatience and subjective).Research of the seafarer's psychological quality and help them to enhance the psychological quality and overcome the difficulties encountered is very important for their preparedness and observation of safety rules with a view to ensuring the safety of ships and minimizing the lost.
