小儿肾小球疾病时血、尿β_2微球蛋白的改变与动态观察

摘    要:本文报道用放射免疫法测定216例不同年龄组健康儿童血β_2微球蛋白(β_2—Microgloblin简称β_2M)值及60例健康成人尿β_2M值;50例肾小球疾病患儿血、尿β_2M测定结果。发现急性肾炎、肾病血β_2M高于正常,血β_2M比BUN更能准确反映肾功情况,血及尿β_2M动态观察有助于对迁延病例及病变损害程度的判定。

Abstract:This paper reports serum β_2 microglobiln (β_2M in abbreviation) in 216 normal children of different ages. Urin β_2M in 60 normal adults; and both in 50 cases of common glomerular disease in children were detected by RIA. The results showed that serum β_2M is more accurate than BUN in judging the renal function. The elecating serum β_2M is coincidence with the elevating of diastolic pressure of the sick children. The dynamic observation on delayed cases examination of serum β_2M and urin β_2M may be of help in monitoring the pathological changes in glomerular and tubule.
