30 m预应力混凝土箱梁的施工工艺

摘    要:箱型梁由于其结构形式简单 ,受力条件好 ,被广泛使用于各类桥梁中。但箱梁是一种薄壁结构 ,预制构件的尺寸要求严格。咸阳机场高速公路渭河桥部分采用了箱型梁 ,其施工进度和质量 ,多次受到业主和监理单位的嘉奖。根据我单位实际施工经验简要介绍 30 m箱梁构件的预制工艺及采取的得力措施。可供类似构件预制施工时参考

Abstract:Box girder is widely adopted in most bridges due to its simple structural form and good stressed condition. However, box girder has a strict requirement for the size of precast structural component due to its structure of thin wall. Box girder was adapted partially in Weihe Bridge on Xianyang Airport Highway. Based on the experience in it, this paper gives a brief introduction to the technique for precasted structural component of box girder under 30 m prestress, including proper measures to be taken, for reference to producing similar precasted structural component.
