地下线及高架线通用无螺栓e型弹条的研制

摘    要:根据地铁扣件弹条的技术应用及发展趋势,以国内应用成熟的两种无螺栓e型弹条为基础,采用有限元分析方法,设计一种可同时用于地铁工程地下线及高架线的16无螺栓e型小阻力弹条。结果表明,不仅可减少地铁工程的扣件设备类型,而且弹条的材料用量及最大应力水平比现有产品均有所降低。目前该弹条已进行试制,并通过500万次疲劳试验的检验。

Abstract:Considering the application and technical development trend of clips adopted on metro tracks and two types of e-clips applied widely in China,a low resistance boltless e-clip with a diameter of 16 mm commonly used for elevated and underground tracks has been designed through finite element analysis.This new product can minimize the types of fasteners adopted in metro projects on the one hand,and the material consumption and maximum stresses in the clip are less than those of the existing ones on the other.The new designed clips have been trial-produced and a 500 million times fatigue test for the specimen has been carried out successfully.
