摘    要:增粘块用于维持踏面表面粗糙度,以获得适当粘着力。从分析增粘块的工作时间入手,利用增粘块产生熔着现象的再现试验,找到了抑制增粘块熔着现象的踏面清扫装置的控制方法,并经现车运行试验,确认了控制方法的有效性。

Study on the Effect of an Improved Control Technique of Wheel Tread Cleaner to Restrain Adhesion Phenomenon in Abrasive Block

Abstract:The adhesion abrasive block is added to maintain the roughness of the tread surface,so as to obtain proper adhesion force.This paper begins with the analysis of the operation time of the adhesion abrasive block,with the reproducing test of depositing caused by adhesion abrasive block,the control method for the tread cleaner to refrain the depositing of adhesion abrasive block is found out.The effectiveness of the control method is confirmed through the practical vehicle operation test.
