对建立和完善我国工程仲裁制度的几点思考

我国目前正处于经济建设大发展的时期,工程建设领域中的各种矛盾和问题越来越突出。文章从我国工程建设的实际情况出发,详细说明了工程仲裁制度相对于其它纠纷解决方法在工程建设争端处理中的优势,指出建立和完善工程仲裁制度是解决目前大量工程建设纠纷的最有效途径,并就我国当前工程建设仲裁中存在的一些问题提出了相应的对策和建议。

Discussions on Establishment and Improvement of China's Engineering Arbitration System

Our country is at a stage of great development in economic construction and various contradictions and problems in the construction field are more and more conspicuous. Based on the actual situations in the country's engineering construction, the paper elaborates on the superiority of the arbitration systems for engineering works to other methods for solving disputes and points out that a well established and perfected engineering arbitration system is the most effective means for solving the many disputes arising from engineering works. The paper proposes also countermeasures for some problems in the current engineering arbitration practice in China and further makes some suggestions.
