| 摘 要： | Rightship检验在以运输矿石为主的干散货船舶中日益重要。它具有独特的定位和功能,检验范围广,检验程序严格,并运用其船舶检验信息系统(SVIS)的三个系统分别对船舶进行动态、现场评估,进行量化考核,核定不同营运星级,进而确定其承运资质,将极大影响大型散货航运公司的经营。
