汽车空调吹脚模式地板振动分析与控制

摘    要:为减少汽车空调吹风管道振动引起的舒适性问题,文章以某车型HVAC吹脚模式地板振动问题为例,提出一种HVAC吹脚风道的分析与控制方法。利用三维不可压缩流体的k-ε湍流模型,建立吹脚风道的数学模型进行CFD模拟流场分析,根据分析结果优化风道的流场分布,采用手工方式,将吹脚风道进风口挡板填平,改善气流走向,并从CFD和试验两方面对改进方案进行验证。结果表明:湍流是引起吹脚模式地板振动的主要原因,该方法验证了分析和控制方法的准确性。

Analysis and Control on Floor Panel Vibration as HVAC Running in Foot Mode
Abstract:Analysis and control method of HVAC running in foot mode was put forward in this paper, taking the floor panel vibralion when HVAC running in foot mode as an example, so as to reduce the uncomfortable feeling under the condition of floor panel vibration. With 3D incompressible turbulence model, a typical mathematic model of HVAC foot duet was established for airflow in CFD simulation analysis. The distribution of airflow field was optimized based on the simulation data, and the foot inlet duel baffle was modified in manual mode to improve tile direction of airflow, at the same lime the proposal was verified from both CFD and experiments. The main factor which will lead to the floor panel vibration is turbulence.
