汽车淋雨试验室设计

汽车淋雨试验室主要用来模拟自然降雨环境,用于测试汽车的防雨密封性能,是产品开发及新车下线必不可少的检测手段。文章通过某淋雨试验室建设项目,总结了淋雨试验室设计技术方案的确定过程。淋雨试验室的建成,有效填补了某公司产品开发中心试验试制部的试验能力空白,对整车密封性检测工作提供了切实有效的试验依据,也对其他汽车淋雨试验室的设计提供了借鉴。

Design of Automobile Rain Test Room

Automobile rain test room is mainly used to simulate natural raining and is used to test the rain proof performance of vehicle, which acts as a necessary detection device for new vehicle research and development as well as for off-line vehicle. Through the introduction of the project of rain test room, this paper describes the process of confimation of the design technological scheme of the rain test room. The establishment of rain test room significantly improves capability of testing and prototype department of a company, which provided effective testing foundation for vehicle leakproof detection, at the same time offered some reference for other automobile rain test room design.
