汽车发动机舱防盗策略

摘    要:汽车发动机舱被盗,导致蓄电池及其他机舱零部件丢失,给客户造成经济损失的同时,也影响了主机厂的品牌形象。通过解析机罩锁开启原理,现场模拟分析发动机舱被盗原因,从机罩锁的布置方案、机罩锁的结构选型、机罩锁防盗护板的设计、机罩锁拉丝的布置及选型以及汽车造型设计等方面综合优化设计,提出了发动机舱防盗策略。通过研究得出:需综合考虑成本与相关零部件性能,来提高发动机舱防盗性能。

Study on Automotive Engine Compartment Anti-theft System
Abstract:Automotive engine compartment stolen results in losing battery and components in the engine compartment which leads to economic lose for the customers, at the same time impacts the brand reputation of auto makers. This paper introduces the principle of opening the engine hood lock, analyzes the stolen cause in the condition of simulated worksite. Anti-theft countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of hood lock layout, structure selection, design of anti-theft protective plate, drag cable layout of hood lock and optimization of automotive styling. Considering the comprehensive performance for the cost and related components can enhance the anti-theft performance of engine compartment.
