摘    要:实施和谐型机车项目,给铁路机车制造业带来了难得的发展机遇。中国南车集团株洲电力机车有限公司认真贯彻落实铁道部的总体部署,加快对引进技术的消化吸收再创新,技术转让全面完成,国产化工作进展顺利,质量管理稳步提升。依托和谐型机车项目,基本实现了搭建世界先进水平的交流传动机车技术平台,构建全新的科技创新工作体系,锤炼一支涵盖研发、制造和现场操作人员队伍的目标,迅速提升科技创新水平。和谐型机车国产化已经进入关键阶段,正集中优势资源,全力完成和谐型机车的批量生产任务和六轴机车的自主研制任务。

Abstract:Launching the "Hexie" locomotive project brings opportunities for locomotive manufacturing industry. After fully carrying out overall arrangement from MOR,CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co.,Ltd. accelerates re-innovation of technologies introduced after digestion and absorption,realizing technical transfer in an all-around way,smooth localization and steady improvement of quality man-agement. Relying on the "Hexie" locomotive project,a platform of AC-drive locomotive technology with leading level comes into being,a brand-new technical innovation system is built up,and talents concerning research,manufacture and operation are cultivated,as a result,technical innovation level is rapidly improved. The localization of "Hexie" locomotive is entering the crucial stage,advantageous resources are concentrated to fully accomplish the task of producing "Hexie" locomotive in batches as well as independent research and manufac-ture of six-axle locomotive.
