铁路道岔尖轨密贴智能监测系统研究

随着我国铁路运输的发展,列车车速与行车密度都大幅度提高,道岔尖轨密贴与否直接关系行车安全。通过分析影响道岔尖轨密贴变化的各种成因,提出开发道岔尖轨密贴仪的初步设计方案,为计划修管理模式向状态修管理方式转变提供了可能。

Study of Intelligent Monitoring System of Closure of Switch Pointed Rail

With the development of railway transportation in China, both the speed and density of train traffic would be promoted greatly. Whether the close-up of switch point is directly related to train operation safety was discussed. Through analyzing various causes that affect the variety of the switch point closure, this paper presented an elementary design scheme of switch point closure detector has been proposed, which provide the possibility of management transformation from plan-based maintenance to condi- tion-based maintenance.
