摘    要:针对电控柴油机的工作特点,介绍了其线束的作用,提出了导线、连接器、接线端子、波纹管等关键部件的选取原则。根据线束材料的力学、物理、电气特性及柴油机使用环境的特殊性,给出了典型的设计参数。介绍了线束制作工艺及优化布置等在线束设计中的具体应用。

Abstract:Based on the operating characteristics of electronic control diesel engine,introduce the function of harness,present the selection principle of critical components such as wire,connector,connecting terminal,corrugated pipe.According to the mechanical,physical,electric characteristics of harness material and the particularity of diesel engine operational environment,provide the typical design parameters.The specific application of harness manufacture technology and optimal layout etc in the design of harness are introduced in this paper.
