摘    要:根据天然气发动机喷气电磁阀实际工作时电磁力的变化特点,设计了新型电磁阀驱动电路,使电磁阀开启力足够且有效地降低了功耗和发热量;在点火驱动电路中使用新型IGBT模块,使系统结构简化,元件数量减少;设计的PWM工作方式带电流反馈和过流保护的怠速控制阀驱动电路,使怠速控制更为灵活精确。

Abstract:According to the force needed for opening and retaining the solenoid valve, a new driving circuit is designed for solenoid valve for gas injection. This circuit can provide enough opening force and lower energy consumption and heat emission. The circuit for ignition is redesigned using new type IGBT module, system structure is thus simplified and component number is greatly reduced. Driving circuit for idle speed control valve using PWM signal is designed, which has functions such as over-current protection and current feedback. Tests show that compared with original electronic control system, the new system is smaller, more reliable and consumes less energy.
