| 摘 要： | 通过洋口港海上人工岛的施工技术，重点介绍了远离陆域、无遮掩、大潮差，受风、浪、潮影响的区域，打桩、铺排、抛石、倒滤层、吹填和防护等各种工艺，论述了施工中采取各种措施成功解决外海大型围堤工程遇到的各种难题。为今后类似外海围堤工程施工提供借鉴。
