| 摘 要： | 敏捷性是指企业能够灵活、集成和快速地响应市场变化的能力.将模糊层次分析法(FAHP)应用于企业敏捷性评价,并结合我国中小制造企业现状,构建了基于时间、成本、鲁棒性和自适应范围的企业敏捷性评价指标体系及算法模型.通过分析影响企业敏捷性的多重因素,将企业敏捷性加以量化评定,为改善企业的运行性能提供决策依据.
