摘    要:轨道交通视频监控系统的规划和建设是一个亟待发展和规范的课题,研究实时的车载视频监控系统意义重大。提出了轨道交通车载视频监控系统的设备配置和功能实现方案;试验方案推荐采用先进的数字化视频压缩传输技术和3G高速网络平台,车载监控视频设备采用嵌入式网络视频服务器,无线网络采用CDMA2000 1xEV-D0Rev.A的3G试验网络。推荐方案的测试结果说明,该方案扩展能力强、维护费用低、可靠性高,满足车载监控图像传输的带宽要求.并利用了现有地铁隧道内的公网漏缆系统。

Abstract:CCTV system planning and construction for mass transit is an urgent topic that needs futher studies and professional standards, because the cab CCTV surveillance system is of practical importance for running organization managment,disaster and emergence control. The technical characteristics of CCTV surveillance system in different phases are analyzed in this paper. The equipment disposition and functional schemes for the cab CCTV surveillance system in mass transit are discussed. The effects of two feasibile plans,the VPN virtual network combined with video servers and the employment of Microsoft Netmeeting software are compared. On this basis, this paper discusses the application of the advanced digital video frequency compression transmission technology, and the 3G high speed network platform, which uses the embedded network servers as vehicle-carried monitoring picture code compression equipment, as well as the 3G experiment network on CDMA200 1xEV-DO Rev. A as wireless network. The test results of this application indicates that it is an extended and high reliabile plan with low maintenance cost. and can satisfied the bandwidth request for the image transmission. In the test, the public network LCX system in existing MTR tunnel is used and the wireless broadband access transmission environment in tunnel and plat-form scope during train movement is reasonably constructed. This paper holds that the reconunended solution is an innovative experiment.
