聚酯弹性体在汽车转向器中的应用研究

摘    要:以微型汽车球头销座为实例研究以聚酯弹性体取代聚甲醛制造汽车球头销座。对聚酯热塑性弹性体和聚甲醛所制的汽车球头销座进行了台架模拟对比试验、吸油性能对比试验和扫描电镜(SEM)对比试验。试验结果表明,聚酯热塑性弹性体具有高的强度、硬度、韧性及耐磨损性能,其综合性能优于聚甲醛,可取代聚甲醛用于制造汽车球头销座。

Abstract:With the ball socket of a mini car as the study instance,it i s presented to substitute polyester elastomer for polyformalde hyde in production of ball sockets.Comparative simulationbench tests,comparative tests on oil-t aking prop erties and scan ning electron microscope(SEM)comparative tests on b oth ball sockets made of polyester thermo plastic elastomer and poly formaldehyd e are carried out.It is shown by tests that polyester thermoplastic elastomer h as advantages of high strength,hard ness and tenacity and good wear re sistance ,its combined properties are prior to that of poly formalde-hyde,so it can be substitut ed for poly formaldehyde in production of au to motive ball sockets.
