| 摘 要： | 针对舾装生产设计较为粗放、舾装托盘划分不尽合理的问题,从舾装设计源头出发,分析舾装作业托盘划分原则及基于托盘物量设置的舾装安装顺序,提出一种面向现场的舾装工序优化原则,以机舱分段为对象,形成舾装安装顺序智能化设计方法,完成舾装托盘的精细划分,实现舾装作业工序的合理优化及作业物量的精准估算.

| Abstract: | Aimed at the current situation of the extensive pre outfitting in shipyards,the intelligent design technology of outfitting installation sequence was studied from the outfitting design source.Taking the engine room section as the object,through the analysis of the outfitting operation process,the optimization principle of outfitting process oriented to the site was formed.The pallet division principle which is oriented to the field operation object was studied.Based on the pallet volume,the intelligent design method of ship outfitting installation sequence was formed to finish the fine division of outfitting pallet.The intelligent design method of ship outfitting installation sequence can promote the realization of on-site ship outfitting fine operation and improve the outfitting efficiency. |
