Application of Site Coding in Shipbuilding Enterprise and Analysis of Yard Utilization Rate

The production sites of enterprise and their utilization rate were analyzed to carry out site coding in combination with the main production areas.A calculation method for the utilization rate of the site was proposed.The calculation results showed that the change of the difference between the theoretical and actual utilization rate in different regions can reflect the production status of different regions;four different utilization rate intervals can define the stability interval boundary of production;if the difference is smaller than the interval boundary,the production speed needs to be reduced;if the difference is greater than the interval boundary,the production speed needs to be increased.
