船用薄板激光-电弧复合焊表面气孔缺陷试验分析

摘    要:针对船用薄板激光-电弧复合焊接出现的表面气孔缺陷问题,采用单一变量法设计工艺试验,改变激光功率、送丝速度以及焊接速度,进行表面气孔出现的基本规律试验分析,结果表明,使用激光-电弧复合焊接船用AH36级6 mm薄板,当送丝速度与焊接速度的比值在1.5左右时,表面成型效果好,无气孔产生.

Experimental Analysis on Surface Porosity Defects of Marine Sheet Metal after Laser Arc Hybrid Welding

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of surface porosity in laser arc hybrid welding of marine sheet metal,the single variable method was used to design the process test.The basic law of surface porosity was analyzed by changing the laser power,wire feeding speed and welding speed.The results showed that when laser arc hybrid welding is used to weld AH36 class 6 mm sheet metal,when the ratio of wire feeding speed and welding speed is about 1.5,the surface forming effect is good and there is no porosity.
