摘    要:为探讨悬架系统对乘员舒适性及车辆对道路破坏程度的影响规律,以某中级载货汽车为研究对象,建立半车4自由度动力学模型。根据行驶平顺性和道路友好性各自评价指标进行了数值计算,并构造了中级载货车悬架优化设计模型,运用Matlab软件对车辆前后悬架刚度值和阻尼值进行优化计算,结果表明车辆的平顺性和道路友好性均得到改善。

Abstract:A half vehicle model of 4 degrees freedom was built to discuss the relationship between suspension system, ride comfort and road damage. The ride comfort and road friendliness were simulated according to their own criteria and construction of truck suspension optimization design mode 1. Optimization of suspensions ' stiffness and damping value of truck were calculated by Maflab. The calculation results show that vehicle ride comfort and rode friendliness were greatly improved.
