| 摘 要： | 文中以公路运输与管理专业实施"旺入淡出,工学交替"的人才培养模式改革为例,论述了高职院校人才培养模式改革必须加强校企合作,建立顶岗实习的运行保障机制,充分利用学校和企业两种教育资源环境,培养学生的职业能力和整体素质,增强学生的就业竞争力.

| Abstract: | Take the training mode of implementation of Road Transport and Management major,Wang into the fade out,engineering alternately, as an example,this paper discusses the reform of vocational training to strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation,the establishment of protection mechanisms for the operation of internships,both schools and enterprises make full use of educational resources and the environment,students of vocational skills and overall quality,enhance their employability and competitiveness. |
