上海城市轨道交通超深基坑的工程技术与实践

摘    要:随着上海城市轨道交通网络建设的发展,超深基坑已相当普遍。由于地质情况复杂,施工场地受限等工程制约因素增多,工程周边环境保护以及工程耐久性的要求提高,工程风险点的增加,都使工程的实施难度不断增大,也对工程建设提出了新的更高要求。对上海城市轨道交通的超深基坑所遇到的工程技术与管理问题作了总结和回顾,介绍了上海在这些方面的经验,并探讨了上海超常规的城市轨道交通网络建设将会遇到的超深基坑工程技术和管理难题及其解决对策。

Abstract:Following the construction development of Shanghai UMT network,ultra-deep foundation pit constructions are quite universal.Because of the complex geological situation,the increasing project restriction factors, such as the limited construction location,the project peripheral environmental protection,the increasing project durable requests and project risks,the implementation difficulty of foundation pit increases constantly and higher request to the project construction are proposed.The author makes a summary of and a review to the project technology and management problems of ultra-deep foundation pit in Shanghai UMT,discusses solutions for these problems that Shanghai UMT will meet in the process of ultra-conventional network construction.Taking Dongjiadu restoration project of Shanghai Metro Line 4 as an example,the author argues that many ultra-deep foundation pits can be controlled and carried out safely and smothly through the efforts of all parties involved in the project.Besides the technological solutions,providing specialized technical management and forming management structure that will make the technical management to become a long-term management system,are also the reliable backups to solve the technical problems.
